CAN YOU HELP TO SAVE HIS/HER LIFE ?

“I, Girish, hereby request the humble support to all compassionate souls reading my appeal to save my son Master Shivansh. It was an emotional journey, a beautiful blend of joy, excitement and vulnerability when we became the first time parents. Still we remember the anticipation of holding our little Shivansh in the arms; the moment filled our heart with boundless joy. Our joyful life transformed to unthinkable challenges, as Shivansh turned five months old. He began exhibiting symptoms of recurrent fever, swollen stomach and severe weight loss. Despite of undergoing the prescribed medical treatment did not impact his health. In no time, his health moved to a deteriorated state. Desperately worried, we underwent the suggested medical investigations as advised by our Doctor and his reports revealed of a rare chronic blood cancer – “Juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML)”. At that time, the only cure suggested was Chemotherapy with other supportive care. But unfortunately during last November’2022, Shivansh developed certain severe complications. Further to the examination, the doctors have informed us that BMT is the only ray of hope to save him. Painfully, the treatment estimate of approx Rs. 25 lakhs is beyond our means. With a heavy heart full of desperation and hope, seeking your kind support through Cancer Aid & Research Foundation (CARF) to help us get our son the desired treatment”.
