CAN YOU HELP TO SAVE HIS/HER LIFE ?

“On 26th January 2013, our little girl Hetvi came as a blessing in our lives. We felt like we were blessed with Lakshmi Mata herself. She definitely filled our hearts and our lives with endless joy, which made us, feel over the moon.  Our world turned upside down during November 2015, when Hetvi started falling sick very often with weight loss, tiredness and also complained about loss of vision. So, we took her to our physician and underwent certain medical tests in which after ruling out certain changes, MRI test was done, through which she was diagnosed of “Recurrent Suprasellar pilocytic astrocytoma – Grade I (low grade brain tumour).” Then we rushed her to the multi‐specialty hospital, and the only cure recommended was surgery with chemotherapy cycles. Despite of undergoing several financial crises, without losing to fate, we had successfully completed her surgery and also she underwent multiple lines of Chemotherapy. Everything seemed fine, till July 2022. Later Hetvi started developing certain new neurological symptoms and the MRI report indicated of progressive disease. The consulting doctor has advised us for an urgent advanced surgery followed by proton beam therapy with prolonged hospitalization costing around approx Rs. 40,00,000/‐ and to perform her life‐saving treatment we are still struggling for funds. I am occupied as a supporting staff at a small jewellery showroom earning a petite income, which is not even enough to meet the daily routine expenses of our family of 4 members, including myself, wife, Hetvi and six months old infant baby. Having exhausted all our savings in Hetvi’s treatment so far, I am unable to gather this hefty amount that can save her life. My little angel is in a lot of pain, and I can’t do anything to help her! All I ever wanted was a happy life for my daughter; Is that too much to wish for? I plead to the people reading my appeal for their support and kindness through Cancer Aid & Research Foundation (CARF) for my daughter helping her to survive from this critical disease!”
