CAN YOU HELP TO SAVE HIS/HER LIFE ?

“Our children mean the world to us. There was a time when our home was filled with gleeful screams, joy and laugh. But now things have changed our house is eerily quiet, void of laughs or screams of children and this is not how we expected our house to be. It all began in the year 2018, when our elder son – Sanket was first diagnosed of "Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia" (type of blood cancer). The moment, we heard the word "Cancer," it entirely devastated our life and since then Sanket had to endure hardships. Still, we did not lose our hope and after 3 years of treatment we got of it successfully. But unfortunately, during the last November 2021, all of a sudden Sanket started developing loss of appetite, unexplained weight loss with severe back pain. Then, after doctor checkup it was suggested as bacterial infection and we followed the prescribed medical treatment as advised, but, as of such there was no improvement in his condition. So, we rushed him to hospital and thereafter multiple investigations were done, in which it was detected of "Relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia", for which the only curative treatment is "Allogenic Bone Marrow Transplant" worth about Rs. 12.5 Lakhs approx. I dropped to my knees, my head reeling from the re-diagnosis. We had only just begun to regain our lives after the first diagnosis and here it was again!  I am a farmer by profession. During his previous treatment, we mortgaged our home, farm land and borrowed huge amounts from friends and family members, which are yet to be repaid. Also, financially the lockdowns have crushed us totally. And right now, we are helpless with no way left to arrange this hefty sum. Please help us save our son!” Mr. Sachin, Father of Sanket
