“Becoming a parent is an incredible journey that forever changes our lives. From the moment our little boy was born, our hearts were filled with an overwhelming surge of unconditional love. Our hearts overflowed with love and happiness. We witnessed his first steps, heard his contagious laughter, and marveled at his boundless energy. Perhaps, now we are facing the unimaginable prospect of losing our bundle of joy, the pain cuts deep into our souls.

It is since December’2022; our son Shlok has been facing frequent health issues like unusual high fever, loss of appetite and weakness. We have been undergoing the rigorous treatments, despite of which there is no improvement in his health. Then, as advised by the kind Doctors, we underwent the blood tests, in which ruling out certain changes, few other tests were conducted and his diagnosis left us with a devastating blow, which reported a rare type of cancer - “Pre-B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia”. According to our doctors, the only cure that can save him is Chemotherapy & other supportive care worth Rs. 3.50 lakhs approx. We belong from Mahad, where I was occupied as a farmer. Currently, due to Shlok’s treatment, we are staying at Mumbai. The medical expenses have soared since his diagnosis, and as an impoverished family, we are struggling to keep up with the mounting bills. Our savings have been depleted, and we have exhausted all available resources to provide the best possible care for our son. As a father, my heart cries out for help, as my son valiantly struggles to fight this merciless disease.
